To eat without moderation!
340g of fusillis or elbow macaroni pasta
1 Tbsp. of coconut oil
2 Cups GUSTA cheese (1X Americano and 1X Swisso)
1 Tbsp. Vegan Margarine
½ cup of stout Guinness style beer
½ cup vegan milk of choice
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 ½ tsp. Onion Powder
Salt to taste
½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. of Chives
- Preheat on oven broil.
- Get a large pot ready with the water for boiling the pasta. Follow the cooking directions the pasta according to package. Once the noodles are done cooking, drain them and rinse with cool water. Transfer into a bowl.
- Place the pot used for the noodles back on the stove and melt coconut oil. Fry garlic over a medium high heat approx. 5 minutes or until brown. Combine noodles, cheese, beer, onion powder, margarine, non-dairy milk of choice in into the pot and stir. Cook over low-medium heat the sauce has reached a thick creamy texture.
- Empty contents into a greased baking dish and top with panko breadcrumbs.
- Brown on broil for 5-7 minutes.
- Top with chives.
