4-5 servings

Meat

  • 2 Montréalaise sausages, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5-2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2c Gusta cheese, grated (optional)
  • hemp seeds (for garnish)

 

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a non stick pan
  2. Cook the garlic & onions for about 2min
  3. Add remaining ingredients except hemp seeds & Gusta cheese and cook for about 5min
  4. Add grated cheese, mix well & set aside

Wraps

  • 1 bag vegan tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked white basmati rice
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • vegan sour cream, to taste
  • 1 bag Enoki mushrooms
  • 1 big carrot, spiralized
  • Sprouts (for garnish)
  • Hot peppers, sliced (optional – for garnish)

 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients on tortillas & serve
