Sales representative Vancouver

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visit stores to maximize sales and the brand’s presence in the specific territory (BC).
  • Work closely with the broker and distributors to achieve the company’s sales goals.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up and good relations with major accounts and
    distributors.
  • Assist in the preparation of business reviews.
  • Respond to technical questions from customers and provide them with the required information at the right time.
  • Contact and follow up with potential customers (via events, website or phone message).
  • Follow up on orders from distributors and direct delivery customers.
  • Communicate discounts to customers.
  • Record and maintain all data related to prospects and appointment scheduling in the systems provided by GUSTA (Google Drive, CRM).
  • Update customer activity calendars.
  • Participate in the analysis of promotions performance.
  • Update customer contacts and strategies.
  • Watch over the competition circulars.
  • Watch over the competition’s retail and promo prices.
  • Work in collaboration with other departments in order to promote the brand in points of sale. Participate in exhibitions and fairs (B2B and B2C).
  • Send samples to business partners, current and potential customers.
  • Support and monitor the performance of innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in administration or equivalent.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in sales and ideally in the plant food industry.
  • Available to travel. Mobility to work outside.
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent efficiency, attention to detail and professional discretion.
  • Good team spirit.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate resourcefulness.
  • Sense of initiative, proactivity and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent time management skills.

TECHNOLOGIES

  • Master of Google and MS Office suite applications.
  • Skills with new technologies (CRM, ERP systems, etc.)
