Stove
Place rice and bean bags in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 6 to 8 minutes.
Heat 15 ml (1 tbsp.) oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the protein mixture for 3 to 4 minutes, breaking it up.
Empty the rice into a bowl and add the vegetable chopped mix and beans.
Add vegetables if desired: lettuce, avocado, tomato.
Garnish with salsa.
