It was after a walk in the forest that we decided to launch this sausage that is very rich in mushrooms and enhanced with spices that evoke a good old fricassée savored after a long day of work.

In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry over high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, until slightly crispy. Serve.
