Snooper ESPANOLA SAUSAGE BURGER

Ingredients

For the burger:
  • 4 Smoked Paprika GUSTA sausages, cut in half like french fries
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Smoked mayo
For the smoked mayo:
  • 3 Tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper

Prep

  1. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients for the smoked mayo
  2. Unwrap GUSTA sausages and brush them softly with olive oil
  3. Grill the sausages 3-4 minutes each side at the BBQ, medium heat
  4. 1 minute before ending, toast the bun 30 sec each side
  5. Remove sausages and buns, cut sausages in quarters (as french fries)
  6. Garnish the bun with the quarters of sausages, lettuce, tomatoes and smoked mayo
  7. Serve
