- 250 g of Chinese noodles
- 1 zucchini chopped julienne style
- 1/2 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 big carrot chopped julienne style
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 GUSTA Espanola sausages sliced julienne style
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- In a frying pan, grill the zucchini, onion, carrot and sausages.
- Add a little water and add the broccoli.
- Cook the noodles as indicated.
- Add the noodles to the vegetables.
- Prepare the mixture with cornstarch (1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of sauce, 2 tablespoons of water).
- Serve on a dish, enjoy.
